Upcoming Allotment Member's Event Dates

Community is at the heart of everything we do at Nuthurst Community Allotment, and our events page is where members can stay up to date with everything happening throughout the year. From important gatherings like our Annual AGM to sociable events that celebrate our shared love of gardening, food, and friendship, this page is your hub for all upcoming activities.

We believe that being part of the allotment is about more than just growing produce; it’s about growing connections too. That’s why we make sure to organize plenty of opportunities to come together—not just as gardeners, but as friends. Whether it’s enjoying a summer BBQ, raising a toast at a themed evening, or indulging in homemade cakes at a seasonal gathering, these events give us time to relax, reflect, and savour the fruits (and vegetables!) of our labour.

Pot Luck Lunch
March 22nd 1 pm

A free event for members, the first of 2025 bring a dish to share. This should be family sized so a pot of chilli, a lasagna, a pasta bake, a pot of curry what ever you fancy. It will be a pick and mix with a paid bar as per usual!

Members Open Meeting
March 22nd 11.30 pm

Join is for an open and informal gathering where members can share ideas and explore ways to work together to maximise food production. This is a space for discussion, inspiration and collaboration - everyone is welcome!

Sunday Cafe Re-opening
March 2nd 10 am - 1pm

After what seems like a long old winter, our allotment cafe will be opening its doors again on Sundays, from March 2nd. Open to all, swing by with your friends, family, hounds or even horses for some home made cake, freshly ground coffee and a warm welcome!
